Meet Hanna

Hanna Holland is an Account Executive at Zenti. Her responsibilities include assisting new customers in opening merchant accounts, assisting with technical support issues, and advising on how to get the most out of a merchant account. She has also worked extensively on some of our website forms and blog posts. As such, Hanna works every day towards being a swiss army knife of an employee, versatile and dependable!
Hanna can relate to and befriend anyone she comes into contact with; one of her strengths is working with people from all walks of life. Her years of experience working in the front office of her family’s Tool & Die shop taught her how to handle the rough-around-the-edges skilled trades personalities as well as the god-complex engineers. She’s a team player willing to roll up her sleeves to get the job done. She loves being creative and making her team, customers, and associates smile.
Hanna has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in business management, majoring in marketing, which she earned while working full-time at her family’s Tool & Die shop. Hanna also has an associate’s degree in art. She initially aspired to be an art teacher. Though she found a love for working in a business setting and putting her creativity into marketing and sales.
When Hanna isn’t assisting customers with their processing goals, she enjoys playing roller derby for Flint Roller Derby. They are currently ranked 146 in the world in the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association. Hanna enjoys both the extreme mental and physical challenges posed by the sport. The team’s motto is “Greater Good,” which Hanna tries to demonstrate in everything she does. The team is involved with many community service initiatives, such as the Genesee County Humane Society and Carriage Town Ministries. Being part of the team is both physically and emotionally rewarding. Hitting your friends on roller skates is the best way to relieve stress. Prior to skating for Flint Roller Derby, Hanna had never skated on quad-style roller skates. But she was determined to master it, and after her initial boot camp, she passed her skills test on the first try and worked diligently to be rostered.

Hanna also enjoys gardening. She grows strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb, tomatoes, green onion, green pepper, cucumbers, and lavender. She hopes to learn how to can and safely store her garden yields as each year, her plants seem to grow larger and produce more. Her love of gardening developed at a young age as she has fond memories of planting flowers with Mom in the warm summer months. Hanna loves watching the fruits of her labor grow and flourish, and she finds the physical aspect therapeutic.
Hanna resides in White Lake, Michigan, with her husband and their son. Their son, Shepard, was born on New Year’s day and the first baby of 2022 to be born at Huron Valley Hospital in Commerce, Michigan. He loves Cocomelon, watching their two German Shepards, and eating. Hanna’s husband is a medic for Detroit Fire which provides a plethora of interesting, and sometimes disgusting, stories.
Juggling merchant accounts, website specialties, and a new baby, Hanna is absolutely killing it. She’s a ray of sunshine wherever she goes, and we’re so happy to have her on the team!
