How Does Zenti Rewards Work?
Zenti Rewards operates like a program for earning cash rewards or rebates. By engaging in transactions and maintaining an ongoing and active account with us, we reward you with cash to show our appreciation for your loyalty.
How Do I Qualify for Rewards?
1. Be an active, low-risk industry customer on Zenti’s Surcharging or Dual Pricing program.
*You must be on a 3% Surcharge Program or at least a 3.95% Dual Pricing Program to qualify for Zenti Rewards.
2. Opt-in to the reward program! Once enrolled in either the Dual Pricing or Surcharging Program you’ll be notified via email to opt-in or out.
3. Process a minimum of 15,000 USD in card present Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and/or Discover transactions each full calendar quarter. Rewards are based on the total sum of processing amount across all card carriers.

What Are The Program Details?
1. The rebate amount is calculated based on the program you sign up for (Dual Pricing or Surcharging) and on the amount you process with Zenti each quarter.
- Your business must be considered low-risk and only card-present transactions qualify.
2. Customers on the Dual Pricing Program receive 0.50% cash back from their total processing volume. Customers on the Surcharge Program receive 0.25% cash back from their total processing volume.
- Example: If you processed 50,000 USD in sales on the Dual Pricing Program. Your cash-back rewards would be equal to 250 USD for that quarter.
3. There are NO LIMITS to the amount of rewards you can earn. The more you process through Zenti, the more cash you get back!
- Disclaimer: Zenti Rewards are considered taxable income, so you will need to report these on your tax returns. Emails with 1099s will be sent to all customers who receive more than 600 USD in rewards for tax purposes.
4. We hope you don’t, but if you decide to leave us before the end of the quarter, you won’t be eligible for rewards for the respective quarter.
5. Surcharging or Dual Pricing MUST be legal in your state to qualify.
6. If you sign up in the middle of the quarter and opt-in to the program, you can still qualify if you meet the minimum required processing amount for that quarter!
7. Accounts with the same EIN/Tax ID will be combined, but different Tax IDs will be evaluated separately. Talk to your expert account executive if you have questions about this!
How Do I Get That Cash Money?
You must enroll in the Zenti Rewards Program. An email will be sent to opt in or out of the program once qualification requirements are met. You must opt in to receive rewards. But honestly – who doesn’t like free money?! It’d be silly not to!
Zenti rewards will be received within 7 business days of the following quarter. Your reward will arrive via email. Claim your reward as either a pre-paid physical or virtual gift card. Rewards are subject to expiration.
