In 2011, CEO and Founder, Mickael Gibrael, started Zenti to provide a payment solution that felt more like family and less like a “vendor.” Over the past eleven years, he’s built an all-star team and top-notch solutions capable of tackling even the most complex payment processing problems plaguing modern brands.

The name “Zenti” has served us well for more than a decade, but we decided it was time for a refresh. We’re not a bank, and we don’t provide cards (debit or Hallmark). We’re here to bring the “zen” back to your payment processing.

Has Zenti been acquired by another company?

  • Nope! Still us, just better.

How do I contact Zenti?

  • We’ve changed our name, logo, website and email addresses to match our newfound izentity. See what we did there? Our phone number remains the same.

What happens to my Zenti Connect payment gateway?

  • The name has changed from “Zenti Connect” to “Zenti.” Our gateway is a piece of our premium solutions suite, not separate. No need to be fancy about it. You can continue to use your payment gateway normally.

What do I need to do?
